Shutterfly is an online program which can be downloaded for free. It allows you to make hard bound books using the Shutterfly layouts and tools and your photos. The result is remarkable, classy and impressive . Once you have created your book you can have Shuttterfly print it, bind it and send it to you or someone else. The photos are four color, high pixelation and printed on coated paper. The cost to produce and print one copy is about $15.
This program can be used to create a portfolio of your listings, as a marketing tool to promote your services to clients or even as a thank you gift to customers. For instance, you might show the old house and the transition to the new one and the new neighborhood. This could include pics of the new neighborhood and its facilities, of old neighbors waving goodbye, moving vans etc. Maybe you present each photo as a box to be unpacked. Get creative!
