The vast majority of what stresses us out is, ultimately, unimportant. We’re afraid of what doesn’t happen, and unprepared for what does. This is true for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title folk, insurance folk, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, all of us. It’s a stressful business.
Sometimes you need to take a break and laugh.
